Touchpad is a swim-coaching app published by Bryson Alef LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Touchpad account, what we delete when you do, and what may be retained.
The fastest way to delete your Touchpad account is from inside the app:
Your account is deleted and you're signed out.
If you've lost access to the email address on your Touchpad account, or are otherwise unable to use the in-app deletion flow, you can request deletion by email:
We may ask you to verify that you own the email address before deleting the account.
When you delete your account, we delete:
Some information may remain after deletion, for the reasons below.
| Category | Why |
|---|---|
| Anonymized team and race records | If you created or shared a team, its race results and records may be kept after your account is deleted, with personal details — your information and swimmers' identifying details (names, birth dates, registration IDs) — removed, so a team's shared history stays coherent. |
| Subscription and purchase records | Held by the app stores (Apple, Google) and our subscription-management provider, as needed for billing, tax, and accounting. |
| Usage and diagnostic data | Held by our analytics and crash-reporting providers under their default retention settings, after which it expires; data that has been aggregated or de-identified may be kept longer. |
| Residual copies | Copies may persist briefly in routine infrastructure and logs before they expire automatically. |
